Each space in the Dealer’s Den will consist of one 72″ x 30″ table with space in the back to accommodate a maximum of 2 people. Multiple tables may be requested in an application but are not guaranteed.
Pricing for 2026 is $120 for one table (10×10 space) and 280 for two tables (10 x 20 space). This does not include optional power or internet. Any costs can be purchased directly from the hotel.
The price of a Dealers Den space does not include an attendee badge. You must also have a con attendee badge to sell at the Dealers Den.
The full rules and policies of dealer’s den are provided here. These are in addition to the Furry Migration Code of Conduct and must be followed at the convention.

Applications for Dealer’s Den are handled through ConCat at the link above or under Applications > Dealing in your ConCat account. Please fill out the application and select the area(s) you are interested in.
First round of applications will be accepted until April 15, 2026. Our panel then review all the applications and selected dealers will be notified by April 30, 2026. Any applications received after the deadline will be processed on an availability basis.
Currently there is no special hotel block for dealers. However, our hotel does not have any fees or costs to hold a reservation. Therefore, we highly recommend reserving your room now, even if you are not yet accepted to the Dealers Den.
