Nonprofit Partners

Furry Migration is part of Minnesota Furs, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and we believe in being an active part of our local community. We’ll be highlighting other local nonprofits at Furry Migration 2026. Please visit our nonprofit partners at their tables in the Dealers Den during the convention.

FurSquared Y2k

FurSquared is a Wisconsin-based furry convention located in the heart of Milwaukee. They’ll be hosting four days of Y2K fun, Feb 4-7, 2027. Besides bringing furry fun to the gray, Midwestern winter, they will also be raising funds for the Humane Animal Welfare Society, an animal rescue and shelter in Waukesha.

VGM Con

VGM CON is Minnesota’s premier celebration of video game music, indie games, and the community that brings them to life. More than just a weekend event, VGM CON is a high-score pursuit of creativity. From live orchestral performances and late-night jam sessions to tournaments and indie dev showcases, we create the kind of “you had to be there” moments you can’t find behind a screen.

Foxloft Conservancy

Foxloft Conservancy is an artist-founded wildlife rehabilitation and conservation education organization dedicated to helping Minnesota’s injured and orphaned birds get the care they need to return to the wild. To support that mission, we use art as a powerful bridge, connecting people and nature and turning creative efforts into vital funding for our wildlife hospital.

FUSE Inc.

Fusion Unconventional Social Events Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded and based in Minnesota. FUSE is focused on providing opportunities for engagement and education through social activities, often centered around animation and gaming. We feel that this is key to shaping social skills, along with cultural and intersectional awareness.

MNeurodivergent

MNeurodivergent is a Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing isolation and building community for neurodivergent people. Created by and for neurodivergent individuals, we provide welcoming opportunities to connect, socialize, and participate in the community in ways that recognize and respect different needs.

At conventions and community events, MNeurodivergent provides sensory spaces where attendees can step away from the noise and activity, decompress, and recharge before returning to the event. Our spaces include a variety of seating, sensory equipment, fidgets, and other tools designed to support different sensory needs.

MNeurodivergent will be hosting the Quiet Sensory Space on 2nd Floor, Hennepin during Furry Migration 2026.

The Ladies of the Lakes

Ladies of the Lakes is a razzle-dazzle order of 21st century nuns dedicated to serving the community in which we operate and beyond. As a group, our mission is to inspire our community to be washed over in acceptance, service, and self-love. We champion for those in need and navigate the waters of adversity, vowing to transmute negativity and cultivate joy, through public manifestation and active presence in our community. Our vision is quite simple: a world where everyone is free to express themselves without fear of reprisal. We believe that everyone deserves to live their truth and exist in a happy and healthy environment.
