Contactless payment methods such as tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are also accepted at most of these outlets.
Our main days for the convention in 2026 are Friday, September 11th, through Sunday, September 13th. We often have pre-convention activities and badge pickup on Thursday, and Dead Dog activities after closing ceremonies on Sunday, though these events outside of the official convention date block are subject to change.
To ensure that our convention attendees receive the best possible experience during their stay, the primary guest must be registered for the convention. We require this to better manage room assignments and ensure that all guests are able to access the amenities and services offered as part of our event.
We define the primary room guest as:
We appreciate your cooperation and support in helping us make this year’s convention a success.
The hotel charges an incidental fee of $75 per night. This a temporary hold that is returned about a week after checkout, less any charges.
We strongly recommend not using a debit card to pay for your hotel stay.
When you check in, the hotel will place a hold on your card for the entire room amount plus incidentals based on the length of your stay. This hold can lasts days or weeks after checkout, so if you use a debit card, this amount in your checking account will be unavailable until the hold is cleared. To avoid this, we recommend using a credit card for your hotel booking.
Starting rates are listed for 1 or 2 guests. Additional charges apply for 3 or more guests per room.
Room prices do not include parking. Parking prices may vary. More information about parking options can be found on our Parking page.
If you are planning to run a room party, please get a reservation as early as possible. When room parties open up, and if your party application is accepted, you will need to provide your room reservation confirmation number to be moved to the correct room type/block.
If you have any questions regarding the room block, booking your room, or need assistance with your existing reservation, please contact our Hotel department.
