File Requirements
Please submit all ads via email to publications@furrymigration.org by August 1st
- 300dpi or higher PDF or EPS in CMYK color mode
- Embed/flatten all text
- Keep artwork PG-rated and family-friendly
- Include a .25″ bleed BEYOND the edge of the ad
- Include a .25″-.5″ margin BETWEEN the edge of the ad and important content
- Ads failing to follow these specs may print poorly or be returned if unusable
- We reserve the right to refuse an ad for any reason
Digital Signage & Pricing
Our convention has digital-signage displays around the convention space that offers limited slots for businesses and nonprofits to take advantage of. Our convention has networked digital-signage around the convention space that is used for communicating events, upcoming activities and other announcements.
Digital-Signage is setup and running by Friday Morning at 6am, runs all through the night, and ends shortly after closing ceremonies on Sunday.

File Requirements/Considerations
- PNG 1920×1080 or MP4 Video (10-15 seconds per slot, No Audio)
- Content Guidelines: No NSFW and must adhere to Code of Conduct. No flashing lights.
- Embed/flatten all text for images
- Submission Deadline: At least one month before the con to allow scheduling.
- Great for Vendors, artists, community orgs, nightlife events, local businesses. Scheduling options available (Don’t show late night, etc)
- Impression CSV report available upon completion of convention weekend for performance assessment and screen-time at no additional charge (Example Of Report).
