FAQ
- Do I need to share proof or reasoning behind not being able to afford a room?
- No. Financial position is your business and not ours. This is an honor system, and by applying, we assume that you have a valid reason for being unable to afford an overnight stay within the hotel.
- Why do you ask for my department?
- We ask for your department so we can group together like-department staffers, if applicable.
- Why do you ask for my cellphone?
- This is for contact purposes during the weekend of your stay involving any changes or updates involving your room.
- How do you decide who gets a room?
- If the number of applicants is greater than the number of rooms available, it will be handled by a lottery system. We dont love lottery systems for choosing individuals, but its the most fair & unbiased way to handle it.
